  I wanted to give Bradford Home Buyers and Basil a 5 star rating. I am the executor of an estate and had to sell the home but I didn't want to deal with realtors as the home would be sold in as is condition.  I received a flyer from the company that was interested in the property. I called them and set an appointment. Basil showed up on time and told about his company and how they did business. We walked the property and he ended up giving me a great offer on the house. I dealt with 5 buyers and his offer was the best and I felt good doing business with him. Unfortunately the process took over a year to complete as problems with probate came up which took a while to settle. Basil stayed with me the entire time and was very understanding about everything. We finally closed today and I will say the whole process went off without a hitch. His lawyers took care of all the paperwork and all I had to do was sign the documents.   Our family had the pleasure of working with Bradford Home Buyers (BHB).  I researched BHB and saw so many positive reviews. Our contact person was Nolan Lytchfield. From the beginning, Nolan was kind, understanding and never pressured us.  We were dealing with an intestate probate sale after the death of my brother in law, which can be a little overwhelming.  The property was in a nice location, but the home was in disrepair. Nolan worked with us, keeping us updated and helping us through the process.  His interactions with us were respectful and considerate, always texting first to see if it was okay to call. The amount of contact was not too little, not too much, but just enough to know he was working hard for us.  He was honest and forthcoming. We closed today!
